Why Linking Charities and Business?

Employee hiring and training is expensive.
The loss of a trained employee is extremely costly.
Company loyalty, particularly with the Millennial Generation is minimal.
Company committee meetings to determine charities are time consuming, costly and often do not align with employee goals.

The old priorities, which put job and income first, have changed. Now it is common to put fun and friends before jobs. Employment is not certain. Young employees now routinely change jobs if there is a split from their job and life priorities. Because of the internet and social media, they are also the most social cause aware generation ever.

Our company, Linking Charities provides a path to develop in your company a strong culture of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) that can be employee driven. They engage in causes that are relevant to them. The Linking Charities network offers, through your company, access to new resources through our network of vetted causes or structured help in the creation their own micro cause. If your company chooses they can directly participate, recognize employee participation, or they can develop team-building experiences. We offer solutions to increase moral and loyalty.

Our goal is to “link businesses with charities.”
We are the vehicle to accomplish this.
